The Job
Develop new membership sales opportunities
Promote club activities to both new and existing members
Requirements
F.7 graduate or above
1-3 years sales experience
Previous experience in either retail or service is an advantage
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
Self-motivated and good presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Energetic, self confident, mature and presentable
Member Service Officer
The Job
Handle all front desk activities such as member check-in, telephone inquiries and towel service
Build relationship with members
Handle all member relations issues
Prepare club reports
Shift duty is required
Requirements
F.7 graduate or above
2-3 years working experience
Relevant experience preferred but not essential
Responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and well organized
Pleasant disposition and presentable appearance
Hardworking and able to work under pressure
Less experience will be considered for the position of Member Service Assistant
