Krish Rakoph


India  

Krish’s passion for dance began at the young age of 6. He has over 16 years experience teaching Indian freestyle dance, a dynamic fusion of traditional Indian and western dance styles – more popularly known as Bollywood. He is also a highly respected and talented choreographer and has been invited to contribute in numerous dance festivals and competitions in India. In 1998, he formed his own dance company “Hari’s Amazing Stars Dance Academy” where he has trained students of all ages, many of whom have gone on to win Indian national awards and competitions. Krish’s unique style and winning personality make him a very popular instructor.

John Tai


Taiwan  

John juggles two careers in Hong Kong. When he’s not teaching BODYCOMBAT® and BODYPUMP®, he takes on the role of head coach of the Hong Kong Baseball Team. His energy, athleticism and sporting achievements make him an inspirational instructor.

Michael Wong


Hong Kong  

Michael graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Modern Dance in 2002. He also obtained the “Australian Teachers of Dance Gold Bar Jazz” with Honors. Michael is currently working as a modern dance and jazz dance teacher in the Leisure and Cultural Service Department, the International Association of Theater Critics and the City Contemporary Dance Company. Michael received further trainings in Jazz, Hip Hop and Modern Dance in the UK and Korea and he also participated in various dance events over the world. Michael has choreographed in many dance shows.

Tina  Wong


Hong Kong  

A sports fanatic of all kinds: you name it, she loves it, and she can do it! Tina has been involved in competitive level women basketball and softball. She was a woman basketball Hong Kong representative in the 6th All China University Game and was named outstanding player. Being the choreographer & dancer of the Chinese University Dance Team also spiced up her sports portfolio. She is now instructing a variety of classes including BodyCombat®, BodyBalance®, Street dance, Dance stretch and the hottest fitness dance program recently, ZUMBA® and is a Nike sponsored athlete.

Shri

Shri’s great passion towards dancing began from the tender age of 12. This passion has grown with age and slowly turned into his profession. Shri’s expertise is Indian Freestyle Dancing. He has participated in numerous competitions, big and small; and has 9 years of experience teaching dancing to people of all ages.

Shri believes that dancing is the best way to express happiness, and to have a happy mind, we need a healthy and fit body.

Angus Chow

Angus has more than 14 years of dance experience and is the choreographer of various international and HK artists including Shayne Ward, So Yau Pan, Bernice Lui, Ella Koon and Commercial Radio 903 Musical. He has also produced shows for Nike, HSBC, Star TV, Nokia, Ocean Park and AIA etc.

Angus is the Master Trainer of the Nike Rockstar Workout and dance teacher for international schools. With his passion for dance and over 10 years of teaching and fitness experiences, he also runs dance instructor training courses for AASFP to develop potential dance instructors. He is definitely going to bring you different magical moments of dance!

Utah Lee

In hot demand on the international circuit as a fitness presenter, Utah has held the prestigious title of Nike Chief Trainer for 6 years. Utah’s portfolio covers all facets of fitness as a qualified Personal Trainer, choreographer, dancer and model. Utah teaches a wide variety of classes from aerobics, to dance, and mind, body.

Anna Wong


Hong Kong  

Before being a certified Personal Trainer (AASFP), Funky Dance Instructor and further develop herself in Pilates (Mat & Studio), Anna spent much of her time gliding with poise around the ice skating rink and has been involved in various dance performance. She has been trained in Jazz, Modern Bollywood and Ballet Dance. Anna is currently working as a Fitness Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor (Dance & Pilates).

Becky  Liu

Becky was an exercise training demonstrator in local non-profit organizations. She has been studying fitness related certificate courses since 2000. As a Schwinn Cycling and Spinning certified instructor, AASFP certified exercise ball instructor, Nutrition & Weight Management Trainer and Advanced Personal Trainer, Becky provides effective, professional and safe instructions for every member in her classes. She teaches with passion and hopes that people can achieve a healthy work-life balance from her classes.She is also a Nike sponsored athlete.

Samuel Cheung

If you have ever been in one of Samuel’s classes, you will definitely feel his passion about fitness! Samuel believes that everyone can exercise and everyone has the ‘athletic gene’ in his/her body. Samuel is a BODYCOMBAT®, BODYVIVE®, ZUMBA® and Schwinn Cycling instructor. He hopes he can use his energy to increase your interest in sports.

Natalie Lee


Hong Kong  

Natalie has been dancing ever since she was walking. She has an Advanced Certificate in Performing Arts – Dance from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, and an Advanced Certificate from The Royal Academy of Dance. Natalie is a Registered Teacher of The Royal Academy of Dance and has been teaching since 1994. In addition to ballet, Natalie is a certified Physicalmind Institute Pilates mat instructor. Natalie brings gracefulness and elegance to her teaching.

King Cho


Hong Kong  

King graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2003 with an Advanced Certificate majoring in Musical Theatre. During his studies, he has participated in productions such as “42nd Street”, “Crazy For You”, “If Again”, “Red”, “Pippin” and “A Chorus Line”. In 2001, he received a scholarship to take part in the Taiwan Dance Festival, held by the National Institute of the Arts, Taipei. In 2004, he was awarded ‘Excellent Actor’ at the Kwai Ching Drama Festival. Since graduating, he has actively participated in various stage productions and dance education programs.

Dennis Lee


Hong Kong  

Dennis is a dynamic and results-oriented young professional (in finance) who lived in Australia for 20 years. Sport plays an important part in the Australian culture; it is surely natural that he participates in sporting activities with enthusiasm. He used to practice Tae Kwon Do and Kick Boxing and has been road cycling for more than 8 years. He believes cycling is not only training for physical fitness (body) but also mental strength (mind & soul).

Vivian Chow


Hong Kong  

Vivian has over 7 years of experience in cycling, and has recently began branching out into other programs, including fit ball and Pilates. Her classes are always filled with passion, energy and grace. And she demands that members have fun as well as get a great workout. For Vivian, sports are her spring of joy. In addition to cycling, she is also a regular wakeboarder.
