Putting the Fun into Fitness; Getting in Shape with BODYVIVE™
If even the very thought of exercise is enough to make you break out in a cold sweat, then mYoga has just the exercise class for you. BODYVIVE™ is the newest class introduced at mYoga, designed by the world famous group exercise expert Les Mills.
BODYVIVE™ is a low impact class that is suited to a broad range of people: beginners to group exercise, postnatal women, people recovering from injury, those who haven’t taken part in exercise for a long time as well as fit, active people looking for a fun, low intensity workout. The class is set to popular music from the 1960s and 70s and is a unique combination of elements from yoga, aerobics and tai chi. Needless to say, it is fun! BODYVIVE™ integrates aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, plus stretching and mobility exercises. Equipment used in classes includes balls, resistance tubes and sometimes hand weights.
