BollyFIT (Level 1)
Learn the fundamental and most basic moves of Indian dance! Cardio-respiratory endurance is developed whilst you are guided towards fat burning, health, vitality and wellbeing.
Bollywood Diva (Level 1-2)
Unleash your inner diva with graceful Indian feminine choreography! Experience the graceful and sensual side of Bollywood dance as you tell a story through dance and expressions.
Classical Indian Dance (Level 1-2)
Classical Indian Dance in the form of Bharatanatyam. Bharatanatyam comes from the words Bhava (Expression), Raga (Music), Tala (Rhythm) and Natya (Classic Indian Musical Theatre). It is strong on rhythms and steps and provides the perfect training for improving body coordination, strength and stamina.
Indian Hip Hop (Level 1-2)
This exciting new fusion class is the first of its kind in Hong Kong, meshing pure Hip Hop to today's hottest urban Bollywood music with high energy moves. A great party-like workout, with moves and grooves!
Bollywood Freestyle (Level 2)
The pinnacle of our Bollywood program! A mash up of moves and grooves learned in BollyFIT, Bollywood Diva, Indian Hip Hop and Classical Indian Dance! Bollywood Freestyle classes are highly energetic, guaranteeing fun and relaxation at the same time. You will need a solid grounding in Bollywood Dance before joining this one as it will test both your dance skills and fitness.
