Signature Classes

HOT CLINIC

An introduction to the postures taught in mY HOT classes. Classes are conducted at room temperature to help beginners learn the correct set up and alignment.

HOT STRETCH

Deeper and more intense stretching is augmented by heat. In addition to improved flexibility, other benefits include better blood circulation and the release of toxins. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

mY HOT

Classes are held in a heated studio to enhance stretching and deepen the intensity of postures. The heat reduces the risk of injury from improper warm up and assists with circulation and the release of toxins. All mY HOT classes are moderately paced. More challenging variations are taught in higher levels.

mY STRETCH

This class focuses on improving flexibility. Deeper stretches are facilitated by holding the postures for longer periods of time.

HOT DETOX

A class full of twists, forward bends, and gentle backbends to help you to detoxify the body. Conducted in the hot room which would make you see the result much faster!

Pilates

BASIC PILATES

Pilates exercises are performed on the mat to help strengthen the core, correct alignment and teach effective muscle use. Results include better posture, coordination and balance, as well as improved stability and concentration.

EQUIPMENT PILATES

Traditional Pilates equipment such as Pilates Ring, Pilates Roller and resistance bands are used to make the class more challenging. The equipment brings a further level of intensity and dimension to the exercise.

PILATES RING

Pilates ring is used as a means of resistance to train deep core muscle in the abdominal area and enhance awareness of deep core muscle.

PILATES ROLLER

The unstable nature of the Pilates roller is used to refine the training of the deeper core and spinal muscles. The enhanced awareness and stability of these muscles improves coordination and movement.

PILATES ON THE BALL

A unique body conditioning technique adapting the Pilates method to the fitball, this class is a new addition to the Pilates series. Large and small balls are used to add resistance, challenge and variety to the mat work. Good for improving body balance to enhance all sports performance and excellent for body shaping.

PILATES ROLLER MASSAGE

The class teaches members how to massage and exercise the body with a Pilates roller which helps activate deep core muscles, release muscle tension and improve body stability. You can be in full control of the style of stretching and the pressure of massage. The class is suitable for all but people who sit in front of the computer all day long, who over exercise and ladies who wear high heels a lot are highly recommended to join this class.

BODYBALANCE®

BODYBALANCE® combines the principles and techniques of Pilates and Tai Chi for a well-rounded mind, body experience! Low-impact and moderate intensity.

BODYBALANCE® CLINIC

An introduction to BODYBALANCE® in a lower pace mode. Your gateway to body and mind balance! Suitable for everyone.

THAI MASSAGE

A fun, relaxing, relationship building class suitable for all, regardless of age, flexibility and fitness level. Traditionally, Thai Massage is an ancient healing practice originating from Northern India that combines the techniques of rhythmic massage, acupressure, reflexology and yoga stretching. This is a great class for anyone who wishes to release muscle tension, reduce stress levels, increases energy flow & vitality. No partner necessary.
 

Traditional Series

ASHTANGA CLINIC

An introduction to the challenging postures of Ashtanga Yoga with ample time to learn and practice each posture. The clinic focuses on synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures. Ideal for beginners.

ASHTANGA FLOW

A sequence of Yoga postures that combine power and flexibility with movement, bandhas (locks), breath and concentration. Students are guided through Sun Salutations A and B, postures of the Primary series and finishing sequences.

BREATHING & RELAXATION

The basic principles of yogic breathing and gentle postures are taught to restore balance to the body and mind. These classes reduce tension and stress of everyday life.

EQUIPMENT YOGA

Props such as straps, blocks, chairs, blankets and bolsters are used to bring the body into better alignment to achieve maximum benefit from Yoga postures. The props also reinforce confidence and encourage students to experience the postures more intensely.

HATHA FLOW

Hatha Flow is about discovering the infinite range within our finite body. Postures or asanas that involve various body movements such as forward bending, lateral bending, back bending, twists and inversions are taught in a flowing sequence.

HATHA YOGA

These classes combine traditional Yoga poses, breathing and meditation and are taught by teachers from diverse Hatha Yoga disciplines and traditions. Each teacher brings a unique approach to classes, which creates an exceptional and inspirational experience.

HOT FLOW

Dynamic sequence of yoga postures is taught in heated room. Hot Flow is a fusion of different styles with a focus on classical sun salutation.

MEDITATION

Classes begin with gentle postures to open and stretch the hips, spine and chest to prepare for sitting meditation. Students are guided through meditation practices to relieve stress, refresh the nervous system and develop meditative calmness.

PARTNER YOGA

A great class to bond, cultivate trust and connect with others in a fun and special way. Working with partners allows you to deepen your understanding of yoga postures whilst developing trust in yourself and in others. Take your yoga practise to a new dimension and experience something like never before when doing the postures alone!

WOMEN'S YOGA

Designed especially for women, this class addresses specific needs such as lower back stability and mobility. The postures and sequences help relieve common pain and tension experienced by many women.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga brings recuperation to the internal organs, the nervous system, and the consciousness. Through the use of props, poses are held comfortably to integrate breath, body, and spirit.

YOGA THERAPY

Specific postures and sequences are taught to relieve many health problems such as stress, high blood pressure, back and neck pain, asthma, gastric conditions and other ailments.

DETOX YOGA

Detox Yoga is designed to help the body get rid of toxins. The class is comprised of three sections: breathing practice, sun salutations and a series of cleansing postures to regulate the digestive system. Suitable for all levels.

HOT 26

Composed of a sequence of 26 yoga postures and specific breathing techniques, Hot 26 is designed to tone all the major muscles in a heated room. This class is a friendlier version of traditional hot yoga and is suitable for everyone.

MERIDIANS YOGA

Meridians Yoga helps to activate and balance the flow of energy in the meridians network, bettering the health and functioning of the associated organs and the body as a whole. It is also a safe and effective tool to relieve common problems such as unstable emotions, bad temper and insomnia. Over time, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

STRETCH & MASSAGE

A fun and friendly partner class combining stretching exercise and Thai Massage. Stretching is introduced to improve flexibility and simple Thai Massage techniques to release muscle tension, especially neck and shoulder muscles. Come with your friends or just partner up in the class to make more friends.
  • Always wear comfortable clothing.
  • Yoga is practiced with bare feet, please make sure that your feet are clean.
  • Shoes must not be worn in the mYoga studios.
  • It is best not to eat 1-2 hours before a class.
  • Please turn your mobile phone to silent once you enter mYoga.
  • Please do not bring your mobile phone into the class.
  • Advise your teacher of any injuries or health conditions before the class.
  • Advise your teacher if you are menstruating or pregnant.
  • Drink lots of water during, and after your workout.
  • Punctuality is absolutely essential - please arrive early for your class.
