Louisa has been practicing yoga as part of her exercise regime since 2000. Yoga became an integral part of her life in 2004, after a trip to India to meet Ashtanga Yoga guru, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois. Over the years, she has studied various styles of yoga with world renowned teachers such as Paul Dallaghan, Shiva Rea, Desiree Rumbaugh, besides attending workshops by Sri O. P. Tiwari, Ana Forrest, John Friend, Faeq Biria and David Swenson. With a Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Science under her belt, Louisa is currently studying the history, literature and philosophy of yoga. Her teaching is influenced by the scientific biomechanics approach to body movement as well as the philosophy and spirituality that is at the heart of the yoga practice. |

Eva was introduced to yoga 10 years ago and has grown from a causal practitioner to the sincere, dedicated student that she is now. Yoga and Indian Philosophies taught her something that was not taught at school – that is, the skills to ride the waves of life with joy and appreciation without losing balance.
Eva is a Yoga Alliance 500-hour registered teacher and a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practitioner. Her pranayama practice follows the tradition of Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute in Lonavla, India. She also holds certificates in Thai Massage and Reiki.
Eva is grateful to all the great teachers who have inspired her along her path; they include Aadil Palkhivala, Ana Forrest, David Swenson, Paul Dallaghan, Peter Scott, Professor Rao, Richard Freeman, Shubhraji and, last but not least, Swami Veda Bharati. |

Vincent was addicted to body-mind exercise since he first started in the fitness industry in 2002. Passionate about fitness, Vincent has completed a Master degree in Sports and Recreation Management, as well as numerous courses on body-mind exercise, such as Pilates, BodyBalance, Sports Massage, Gyrotonic yoga, Fitball and, of course, the YogaWorks 200 hour teacher training course.
Having to tackle dozens of engagements during the day, Yoga helps Vincent balance his mind, soul and body. After a tiring day or week, he loves to see everyone enjoying the class and take a good rest in Savasana. Through his specialization in the hot room, he loves to share his experience with his participants, together along the path of the Yoga journey. |
